Gold Rush Adventure Golf at The Fun Spot – Queensbury, NY

Visited on August 24, 2019, by Mr. Tee & The Pink Putter

Upstate New York in the Lake George realm contains oodles of putting options. Destination courses like Around the World/USA appeal to the die-hard mini golfers that want to play the top holes around but you can easily find plenty of additional options to round out your dance card. Our time in town was limited so we were only able to quickly pop by Gold Rush Adventure Golf to snap a few photos. The website does do a lovely job of giving you the lay of the land:

“A mining themed 18 hole Miniature Golf Course near Lake George.

The course is heavily landscaped to take you on a journey as you explore each of the 18 challenging golf holes. There are 2 caves and 5 waterfalls all connected by streams and ponds. Kids love the Koi pond where they can stop and feed the fish by hole #1. Along the way there are many photo opportunities, including: waterfalls, a wobbly bridge to cross, an ore cart that you can push and even a water tower. The 18th hole creates an unexpected challenge that you will have to experience for yourself.”

Based on the description on the website and what we saw with our eyes, we’ll be back to play this solid course in the future.

Love the bonus pachinko styled hole that gives you a shot at a hole-in-one
