Knolls & Holes at Odetah Camping Resort – Bozrah, CT

Played on June 4th and 5th, 2022

Back in June of 2o22, Mr. Tee and I took a trip to Connecticut to revisit some of my childhood memories as well as to compete in the 2022 OMG (Odetah Mini Golf Classic Tournament). This annual tournament is hosted by Gary Shiff of The Squeaky Bagel and takes place at the picturesque Knolls & Holes Miniature Golf Course at the Odetah Camping Resort. We got in a day early to practice, and then went on to compete (myself in Amateur, Mr. Tee in Pro) the following day.

Rating

Knolls & Holes is a nicely landscaped, well maintained Harris built mini golf course with a central water feature. It was freshly re-turfed between the 2021 and 2022 seasons. It has a wide variety of challenging holes that utilize hills, slopes, rocks, sand and water hazards, making it a great tournament course. I’m giving this course a strong Par rating. While it is a beautiful course, it lacks the extra unique qualities we look for in our top ratings.

We had a blast playing in the 2022 OMG with friends from across the Northeast. Mr. Tee ended up placing 6th in the Pro Division and tied for most hole-in-ones from the Aces round. I was happy the place first in the Amateur division and take home a lovely trophy mug.
