On the coastal road near the beachline in Destin, there are loads of touristy options for when you’re looking to spend time outside of the water in the Gulf of Mexico. We were hoping to take in a number of the mini golf options since it was near where we were staying but a limited timeframe and a little rainy weather diminished the number of courses we got to play. Due to this, we did our best to capture a few of the spots for reference on future trips to the area.
The Track was a pretty substantial complex with two 18-hole courses sandwiched between go-karts and a family fun center building. The courses have a collection of tropical vibes, safari animals, waterfalls, rope bridges, lush plants, and red concrete rocks. The green turfed holes were mostly surrounded by traditional red bricks and concrete blocking. A solid mix of relatively straightforward hole designs with little theming in the field of play. Everything looked in great condition and this spot had some of the better-looking courses near the beach. Definitely gonna play this one next time around.
