The Pink Putter already reviewed and provided some of the backstories of the whole joint in her review of the historic 1929 course at Cool Crest but this overall complex is so nice that we had to give it double the love. We even added this cool spot to my favorite site, Atlas Obscura.
Rating
Like the early 1929 course, this second course features an art deco elegance draped in lush plant life. The mint paint on the buildings and yellow accents on the stairs of some of the larger holes give this is a look more fitting of Miami Beach than your run-of-the-mill miniature golf course. Despite visiting during the off-season when a lot of the plant life wasn’t optimal, it still looked more elegant and regal than any course we’ve played previously. The weight-activated motorized obstacle and the larger horseshoe hole were probably my favorites of the 36 holes on the premises. We spent hours soaking in this course and it’s surely one of the top 10 miniature golf courses in the world.
