On our previous trip to the Wisconsin Dells in 2014, we played Pirate’s Cove, Timber Falls, & Chula Vista. We had a limited amount of time to play and knew we would be back through the Dells before too long. Sadly, our Fall visit resulted in only documentation versus play.
Old River Mini Golf is prominently located in the heart of the downtown area of Wisconsin Dells. It features/featured two 18-hole courses and massive signs drawing in vacationers throughout the years. The course is currently dilapidated and from our visit appeared to be permanently closed. There are reviews on Trip Advisor from 2017 so it’s possible this course is still operating but as you can see from the photos we took below, the course is far from a playable condition. If this course is open to the public for play, skip it! The remaining turf is in rough shape. There are numerous options within a few blocks that aren’t disheveled.
