In late May/early June of 2025, we were on our way to Hastings, England for the World Crazy Golf Championships and decided to stop in Copenhagen for a few days on the front end of our trip. The dates happened to align with Mr. Tee’s birthday, so we took full advantage and played a round of mini golf at Camping Boltens Gård, one of two Camping locations (and mini golf locations in general) in Copenhagen. We had played the other location, Camping Kødbyen Copenhagen, the night before.
Rating

Camping Boltens Gård is a two story, 14-hole mini golf course and bar hangout with hole designs reminiscent of those that can be found around the world at Puttshack brand courses. Upon wandering down a small alleyway into a courtyard of sorts, we wandered through the cushy outdoor patio and into the main entrance. After paying for our round of mini golf, we headed upstairs to hole 1. The course offered a good variety of hole shapes, sizes and unique gameplay challenges that included landing on a narrow plateau, jumping into scored boxes, riding a halfpipe, navigating through an immersive mirror maze and two holes interactive project mapping (something we have never seen or played before). The venue had really fun graphic design on everything from signs and menus to posters and wall murals. The final hole brings you back downstairs to end at the first floor bar. Overall, this was a clean and clever course with a few needlessly frustrating holes that bring our rating just shy of a hole-in-one.
